The business has experienced significant growth organically.This is a role for someone who has a passion and drive to really make a difference for the business and its customers.Job Description Reporting to the Head of Region in Europe HQ, your responsibilities will include:Build and lead a formidable team of ambitious and talented staff;Responsible for setting strategy and direction for Turkey according to the local market and in order to achieve the business target;Responsible for drive the growth and ensure all the targets are met;Lead, empower, and mentor your team to bring about growth and development for the business unit;Be accountable for the overall performance and P&L;Leadership to the entire country business in particular providing strategic direction and support;Initiate, manage and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and user growth campaigns;Build and lead strategic plans and initiatives to ensure that the company is well attuned to industry trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive threats;Be the brand ambassador in the market. Align with company brand strategy and increase the awareness of the company brand in Turkey while build and foster a positive company culture internally;Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company;Ensure that the team is consistently meeting and exceeding its revenue goals;Work directly with HQ to ensure all company goals and deadlines are being met.The Successful ApplicantHighly sales focused - whilst this role is a GM role, the main focus of responsibilities will be with sales, vendor management and business development. In depth knowledge of B2B sales and value-based selling.Experience in strategy development, change management and generate / build client relationships.Keen to work with global leadership team to agree group strategy in a professional and effective manner. Fluent Turkish language skills with fluent English. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. Successfully leading, coaching, motivating and developing a team. Highly motivated and extremely ambitious.
